An art book without pretention: Grayson Perry

Art can be intimidating and sometimes perceived as pretentious and arrogant. However, Grayson Perry has worked on a book titled “Playing to the gallerypublished by the legendary Penguin.

In this particular it is all about art on a different level and making it rather accessible to all. No real jargon and fun illustrations by the artist himself.

It is an entertaining book about art with witty messages as well through clever crafted drawings.

There is a satirical tone with a sweet edge to it.

It all looks rather appealing to flick through pages and purchase. A fun book about the artworld is rare these days…
