There are trends everywhere and for everything. This also affects what is on your plate when going out for a meal. A few years back it was all about goats cheese and roasted vegetables or bruschetta, mozzrella and other tapas.
Some places also started to serve and charge for bread with olive oil.
Nowadays, we are going closer to nature: main ingredient being flowers.
